Food. It’s the first thing we think about in the morning and the last thing at night. It’s our passion, our world. We believe food is a daily adventure, whether you’re preparing it or enjoying it, whether you dine alone or with a crowd, always reliable, yet never the same. Sometimes it’s cuisine, sometimes it’s just lunch. But to us it is always exciting.

We are a team of chefs, food artists, food aficionados, foodies, food dreamers. We are energized by food and wine (and beer!) and we want to share that energy. Our goal is always to be the place you come for the ingredients for your next meal, be it humble or grand, whether you prepare it or we prepare it. Our enthusiasm is apparent on our shelves, and in our attitudes. We want to talk about food, and hear about food, we want to teach and learn, but more than anything we want to share with you our delight in the eternal magic of food.

We’ve perfected our favorite recipes and will rotate them regularly through our fresh case. That way you’re constantly falling in love with new dishes while you wait for your old favorites to return. Naturally, everything is prepared fresh, on-site and is also available through our catering department.
